You will work with all your physical capabilities, without repeating circuits or routines. Learning all kinds of physical exercises and combinations.

Outdoor

Dune climbing training, hiking on volcanoes, swimming in the sea. Our island is a fantastic training camp.

The days of training camp include 2 or 3 combining intense workouts, fun physical activities, moments of relaxation and friendship. You will find more strength, more energy, better health and a slimmer and more youthful body.

The distribution of the Indoor / Outdoor classes will adapt to the weather and physical conditions of the participants.

The length of sessions (approximately):

  • INDOOR Session – 1.30 hours
  • OUTDOOR Session – 2.30 hours

There is the possibility to combine the training activities with a kitesurf camp, intense surfing courses, diving or horse riding tours.
