Training

We believe that there are more efficient and entertaining ways to train than in a typical conventional fitness center. Therefore, sessions always change and they enclose a wide range of exercises combining entertaining indoor training in our installations and outdoor training such as running up the volcano or the famous dunes in the middle of the Natural Park of Corralejo, swimming, etc.
 As for the indoor training it is based on circuits of different and unusual exercises (endurance, TRX, coordination and proprioception, Bosus and Swiss balls, etc) where the coach is a great source of motivation since he pushes you to surpass your limits.

The physical training is personalized and adapted to the level, discipline and necessity of each person. Sessions are characterized by a great atmosphere and ludic training while providing very efficient results. Wether individually or in small groups, you are accompanied at every moment by the coach who marks the rhythm.

Since Pro Training Fuerte is a riders driven company, the coaches know the specific exercises to take advantage of the body’s strengths while compensating its weaknesses for the discipline. If you are a professional rider and you need to work on a 7minutes based heats for your competition, there will be plenty of different ways to test your capacities to hold 11 heats a day, which is what you need to win a double elimination. If you just want to start your first competitions and therefore need some help and orientation about how to do so we can help you.
