Kuky is more than a trainer to me. He is a person that helps you in every aspect as an athlete and as a person. When you try his training you instantly get hooked to it within 5 minutes. I don’t like going to a gym and see how these muscle men watch themselves in the mirror while lifting weights… When training with him it’s always entertaining and doing it with friends make it even better. It’s been very efficient to my eyes and he helped me surpass several injuries I had during my professional career. He’s been a great influence in my career, to a point that you want to win a comp just for him, as a “thank you” for his great work.
