After competing for ten long years I never knew what the real training was and the great potential we can have with a proper preparation. Although I still couldn’t train much time at Pro Training Fuerte, in the little time I did, I learned a lot about knowing myself and how to prepare my body for the high competition. There is no doubt I will get back soon and will keep learning about the great oportunity and experience that is given to us.
